UPS International Express Export Pricing and Compartment Situation in China

1. Mainland China's UPSR Red Single 6000 Special Offer: Prices reduced by 2-10 RMB/KG for shipments to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and European countries in the 21-70KG weight range. May 25, 2020.

2. Hong Kong's UPSU Australia Red Single Special Offer: Prices increased by 10-20 RMB/KG across the region. May 22, 2020.

3. Hong Kong's UPSG Southeast Asia Red Single Special Offer: Small parcel service (below 15KG) restored; still no service to Vietnam and Brunei.

4. Hong Kong's UPSK Europe, South America, Africa Red Single Special Offer: Service restored for shipments below 30KG to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and European countries (service to South America and Africa remains suspended); prices increased by about 5RMB/KG.

5. Mainland China's UPSR Red Single 6000 Special Offer: Prices reduced by about 5RMB/KG for shipments below 2KG and in the 21-70KG weight range to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and European countries. May 19, 2020.

6. Notice Regarding the Suspension of UPSG Services Across Hong Kong and the Suspension of Services to Countries in Zones 5, 8, and 9 for UPSK [Notice No. 2020 (City) 158]: Dear Customers, Due to warehouse congestion, UPSG services across Hong Kong and UPSK channel services to countries in Zones 5, 8, and 9 (including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, South America, Africa, Middle East, etc.) are suspended with immediate effect. (Services to European countries in Zones 6/7 are normal.) Restoration will be notified separately. Shipments already submitted to us can be dispatched normally, but please expect delays of 5-8 days or more in transit times. For urgent shipments, we recommend using other channels provided by us.

Main Points:

1. Hong Kong's UPSG Red Single Southeast Asia Special Offer: Prices increased for shipments above 10KG to Japan, and service for shipments above 45KG to Japan is temporarily suspended. Prices for other serviced countries remain unchanged.

2. Hong Kong's UPSK Europe, South America, Africa Red Single Special Offer: Service to Zone 9 countries (service for shipments above 21KG) is temporarily suspended.

3. Mainland China's UPSR Red Single 6000 Special Offer: Document services temporarily suspended, service for shipments below 70KG to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Australia restored; price adjustments apply.

4. Hong Kong's UPSC Red Single Special Offer: Temporary restoration of large cargo service for shipments weighing 21-299KG to the U.S., Canada, Mexico (80RMB/KG + fuel surcharge). Price validity period tentatively set until May 12th, 12:00 PM.

5. Hong Kong's UPSK Europe, South America, Africa Red Single Special Offer: Prices remain unchanged, service for shipments weighing 45-70KG to the U.S., Canada, Mexico restored, and service for shipments weighing 45-100KG to European countries is also restored.

6. Price Effective Date: May 8, 2020, 09:00 AM.

As of April 17, 2020, based on the notification from our leadership, additional fees for epidemic prevention products are applicable for deliveries in Hong Kong. Starting at 25 RMB/KG for masks and 15 RMB/KG for other epidemic prevention products. Please inform your customers promptly. Thank you.

Latest Regulations for UPS International Express Export from China in April 2020

April 16, 2020: According to the notification from the service provider, our Hong Kong UPS & DHLU channels no longer accept single shipments weighing over 5KG for epidemic prevention products.

April 15, 2020: The Hong Kong UPSH channel does not accept shipments for epidemic prevention products.

April 13, 2020: The additional fee for epidemic prevention products on the UPSA channel is adjusted to 50 RMB/KG, with a minimum of 30 RMB per shipment. Additionally, epidemic prevention products weighing (actual or volumetric) over 10KG per shipment will not be accepted. This adjustment is effective from 17:00 on April 13, 2020.

During the peak season, additional fees for UPSH and UPSA channels are adjusted to 13.8 RMB/KG + fuel surcharge for Australia and New Zealand, and 7.9 RMB/KG + fuel surcharge for other countries. April 7, 2020.
