The meeting stressed that the national customs should thoroughly study and understand and conscientiously implement the spirit of instructions issued by general secretary Xi Jinping, strengthen the "Four Consciousnesses", strengthen "four self-confidence" and achieve "two maintenances", continue to consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control at the port and promote the steady growth of foreign trade, and do well in the compilation of the "14th Five-Year" customs development plan in a high standard and high quality. In the new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international dual circulation promoting each other, the role of customs should be fully played. We should actively help enterprises to open up the international market, strive to stabilize the international export market share, and ensure the smooth circulation of the domestic industrial chain supply chain by increasing the international mutual recognition of AEO, optimizing the consulting service of technical trade measures and expanding the import. It is necessary to optimize the customs supervision system, strive to help enterprises fully tap the potential of the domestic market, support foreign trade enterprises to switch from export to domestic sales, make better use of the two markets and resources at home and abroad, and realize more robust and sustainable development.

The meeting stressed that the national customs should continue to tighten the strings of epidemic prevention and control, do a solid job in the "six stability" work, comprehensively implement the "six guarantees" task, and coordinate the work of epidemic prevention and control at ports and promote the steady growth of foreign trade. In view of the new situation of epidemic prevention and control at ports, we should strengthen risk control and quarantine, pay close attention to the dynamics of other major infectious diseases and animal and plant diseases in the world, conscientiously do a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation at ports, and firmly build up quarantine defense lines at ports. We should vigorously implement the State Council's "opinions on further stabilizing foreign trade and foreign investment", make detailed division of tasks involving customs work, increase efforts to promote it, and achieve results as soon as possible; adhere to the problem orientation, carry out in-depth investigation and research, deepen reform and innovation, put forward more targeted specific measures to strengthen supervision and optimize service; strengthen the analysis, study and judgment of foreign trade situation We should serve the decision-making of the central government.
