Among them, 161.28 billion yuan was exported and 40.38 billion yuan was imported. In June alone, Foshan's foreign trade import and export reached 33.51 billion yuan, including 25.86 billion yuan of export and 7.65 billion yuan of import.

Data shows that Foshan's emerging trade formats continue to grow. In the first half of the year, Foshan City imported and exported 115.76 billion yuan in general trade, accounting for 57.4% of the total value of foreign trade. Import and export in the form of processing trade amounted to 39.82 billion yuan, accounting for 19.7%. The emerging trade formats continued to grow rapidly, of which the import and export through the customs cross-border e-commerce management platform reached 2.92 billion yuan, an increase of 30.9%; the export by market procurement was 43.03 billion yuan, an increase of 40.5%.

Foshan's one belt, one road "import and export" is better than the whole. In the first half of the year, Foshan's import and export to ASEAN reached 36.66 billion yuan, an increase of 3.9%, accounting for 18.2% of the total value of Foshan's foreign trade in the same period; its import and export to the United States was 28.16 billion yuan, down 1.6%; the import and export to the European Union (27 countries, excluding the United Kingdom) was 26.62 billion yuan, an increase of 3.8%. One belt, one road, was added to Foshan's total imports and exports of 69 billion yuan, an increase of 14.8% yuan. It also increased by 1.9%, which was 10.4 percentage points higher than that of Foshan's overall foreign trade and imports in the same period. The total import and export volume of Japan was 12 billion 870 million yuan.

The decline rate of household appliances export continued to narrow. In the first half of the year, Foshan exported 93.47 billion yuan of mechanical and electrical products, an increase of 1.1%, accounting for 58% of Foshan's total export value in the same period, including 26.47 billion yuan of home appliances, a decrease of 2.7%, and a decrease of 2.8 percentage points compared with the previous may. Over the same period, the export of labor-intensive products reached 38.03 billion yuan, an increase of 2%, accounting for 23.6%. Among them, plastic products were 7.82 billion yuan, an increase of 28.2%; lamps and lanterns were 7.24 billion yuan, an increase of 34.7%.

Imports of auto parts and steel continued to grow against the trend. In the first half of the year, Foshan imported 15.63 billion yuan of mechanical and electrical products, an increase of 2%, accounting for 38.7% of Foshan's total foreign trade import value in the same period. Over the same period, auto parts and components reached 2.34 billion yuan, an increase of 18%; steel products reached 1.87 billion yuan, an increase of 18.3%.

The Customs Department will stabilize the export market of Foshan, guide the foreign trade enterprises to develop the new market, and help them to develop the export market.
